One of our newest clients, chai brand – Tea India, already had an excellent marketing opportunity in the bag when they approached us to help them with their social media.
Scheduled on their calendar was the OM Yoga Show in London – and this year they were one of the main sponsors for the event. This gave Tea India a great way to get their brand and products seen (and tasted!) by a focussed group of their target market of yoga lovers.
We worked closely with Tea India to agree a social media campaign that both engaged with and increased numbers of followers on their accounts, with a specific focus on Instagram.
At the show
On Saturday we spent the day at OM Yoga Show with the Tea India team collecting live content and working hard on Instagram engagement.
During the day, visitors to the show were actively posting on Instagram. By directly connecting with these people we were able to provide a personal touch from the brand. We used Instagram as a tool to invite people to the Tea India stand, encourage them to enter the giveaways and to increase their use of event specific hashtags.
Over the entire campaign on Instagram we achieved:
- 30% increase of total followers
- 300% increase in number of engagements
- 150% increase in number of engagements per post
The show gave potential customers a hugely positive brand experience, and this was reflected in the level and sentiment of engagement received.
