Shopping cart for ChristmasAdobe has released it’ Online Holiday Shopping prediction for 2015.

Adobe have crunched a lot of numbers for this year’s forecast – it has analysed 1 trillion visits across 4,5000 retail websites over the pat 7 years and products that UK consumers will spend £17Bn online this Christmas – 7% up on last year.

The report suggests we will have the largest peak online shopping day in Europe with a total projected spend of £474m on Black Friday (27 November). This is very different from the prediction we reported recently of £1bn on this day.

Online and mobile remain significant for Christmas spend

Low prices and better deals are the main driver to shop online, with 57% of 400 consumers suggesting they will be shopping online.
