Holiday Home Dreams Made Into Reality!

Our Challenge

When it comes to sourcing a dream holiday home, the search for a lot of people often starts online. Ensuring that this process is a straightforward and rewarding one for people is essential. So when WDLH approached us requiring a new website to cater solely for holiday home sales in Dorset we were confident that we had the expertise to deliver.

The challenge was to create a bespoke holiday home website that catered for everything that someone in the holiday home buying space would ever need. The site also had to work in conjunction with their main, WDLH holiday website.

Our approach

With the main goal in the mind – to create a comprehensive site service, that offered easy as pie functionality, we got to work.

Functionality and design that the new site needed included: Filterable search and section, Google Maps API, a private owner login area, homepage video, and optimised and image rich, for both desktop and mobile.

Additionally, to give WDLH’s new site the upper edge, 360-degree image solutions were implemented, a distance and time calculation tool, and suggestions on holiday home pages that would result in similar homes to the one being viewed.

Our results

A brand new website “Holiday Homes In Dorset”, that comes packed with all the bells and whistles! With all the essentials and more, the new site offers a clean design, rich imagery and extensive features.

After the website went live, WDHL started seeing a return on investment. With their new dedicated site, enquiries and sales started coming in thick and fast.
