South Lytchett Manor is a multi award-winning camping and caravan park based near Poole & Bournemouth. The 5 star park provides first class caravan, camping and glamping facilities, set in 25 acres of stunning countryside – making it a popular destination for visitors looking for a relaxing break near the Dorset coast.
The park’s unique location (near to both Poole and The Purbecks) with easy access to local bus routes mean that it has been a favourite destination with campers for many years. The excellent facilities and customer service which visitors experience have ensured their multi award-winning status.
We’re delighted to continue our ongoing partnership with South Lytchett Manor, having assisted the Dorset campsite with their holiday park digital marketing strategy since 2015.
Our Challenge
Visitors to the South Lytchett Manor website are seeking information, details of accommodation and availability. As well as in-depth knowledge about the local area and things to do, news and events. They also want to check availability and book online.
Our challenge with the project was to create a holiday park website that showcases the very best of the family run, award-winning South Lytchett Manor Estate, surrounding area and replicate the 5 star customer experience which guests receive at the park on their website.

Our Approach
Using our expertise in holiday park website design, we delivered a high standard of design and innovation to the project. In particular, the development of an experience led customer journey to highlight all that is great about a holiday at South Lytchett Manor and activities in the local area.
A key piece of functionality of the rebuild was the development of an enhanced booking widget to integrate with the GemaPark booking platform.
We also developed a bespoke what’s on guide to showcase events happening on and off park. Another new website feature was a comprehensive things to do area, allowing visitors to easily find the best attractions in Dorset. The tool provides the ability to favourite items and sort via categories such as places to visit, beaches, activities and food & drink.
We also developed a section of the site to display clear pricing tables. This makes it easier to for guests to compare tariffs for touring, camping and glamping before setting off for their memorable holiday in Dorset.
