Fordington Gin have chosen Key Digital as their new digital partner
Dorchester-based Fordington Gin is a premium London Dry, known for its high quality production values and distinctive taste. Ros Nelmes, the founder of Fordington Gin has used her wealth of knowledge to create a unique product in a growing Dorset Gin market. We’re delighted to be involved with this local success story!
Our journey with Ros began at one of our Unlock networking events which progressed to an informal ‘business hack’ session. The aim was to uncover new ways to raise the profile of the Dorset gin both locally and to the wider area and to also improve website performance and online presence. The website currently provides serving suggestions and allows customers the ability to purchase online. There are seasonal bottles available as well as their classic and stronger Gurt Lush gin.
Following our discussions, we were able to identify several opportunities to realise the true online potential of Fordington Gin. This included the set up of their Google My Business profile which now provides the opportunity for customers to leave reviews about the different gins they have purchased – so far all reviews have been 5 star. We’re now pleased to announce that with the benefit of our digital strategy, we’re looking forward to helping Ros take her brand to the next level.
Over the next few months we will be working with Ros to increase visibility and sales, and improving functionality to increase the conversion rate across the website. Keep an eye out for these updates on the website soon!
