Come and meet our team at Key – a talented bunch of digital specialists that are committed to delivering quality and innovation.

The Boss.

Dave founded Key Multimedia in 2007, having previously managed a large-scale public sector website project for several years.

But when the opportunity came along to start Key Digital, the decision was easy. “I get excited about digital. I love how quickly things advance and you have to work hard to stay up to date. And I get a real buzz out of showing a client how a particular digital marketing technique can have a real impact on their bottom line.

We work in such an exciting sector. It’s about understanding the technology, being able to explain it in simple terms when needed and challenging clients to exploit the opportunities.”

When he is not in the office you can usually find him down the beach (when it’s windy) or out on his bike enjoying the Dorset countryside.

More number 1’s than The Beatles

He is responsible for creating SEO content for websites, blogs and articles, as well as managing social media profiles and e-shot campaigns for a variety of different clients.

As well as writing, Toby has a passion for mountain biking and can be found getting covered in mud on local bridleways, often in the dark of night.

If Carlsberg made developers…

Adam is our senior web developer, a Dorset native with nine years of experience in the web industry. Adam’s core skills include HTML & CSS in PHP based content management systems such as WordPress. He also loves experimenting with new techniques and finding ways to implement them early to give all our websites a modern codebase.

When he isn’t building websites, Adam is a keen urban explorer, and loves discovering forgotten and abandoned places around Dorset and the South West to explore. He also enjoys Mountain Biking, Pool, fine Belgium lager & walking in the woods with Harlow the Pug!

So good they named her twice

Jay-Jaye is part of our digital marketing team and is responsible for crafting interesting blogs for our clients. She is well versed at writing copy for a variety of sectors and accustomed to creating engaging posts for social media.

Outside of the office Jay-Jaye can usually be found exploring the south coast with her dog, Layla. She is also our resident fish expert, enjoying nothing more than spending time at sea!

You name it, Laura has a spreadsheet for it

Laura is our Project Administrator. She has 10 years experience in senior administration, project co-ordination and business support roles. Her role at Key Digital is to support the team in the planning and scheduling of projects and ensuring project milestones are met, as well as undertaking general administration tasks.

Outside of work her time is mostly occupied by her young son and she loves getting out and about enjoying the beautiful Dorset coast and countryside with her family. She also loves attending all the local food & drink festivals and getting inspiration to cook up a storm in the kitchen!
